Diamond Valley Fitness Research is an independent research initiative gathering feedback on fitness preferences in Diamond Valley and surrounding Alberta communities. No plans to open a fitness facility or offer an investment opportunity have been confirmed. This policy describes information collected through this website's survey and inquiry forms.

Information you choose to provide

The fitness survey asks about your community, current fitness habits, gym and program preferences, equipment, spending, travel preferences, and likelihood of using local fitness facilities. It may also include optional written comments. Contact information is not required to complete the survey.

If you separately choose to request research updates, the survey may ask for your name and email address and your consent to be contacted. The business and partner interest form is separate and may collect your name, email, phone number, organization, type of interest and message when you voluntarily submit it.

How the information is used

Survey responses are gathered to better understand local demand for fitness services and to evaluate local preferences. Information provided through the business interest form may be used to respond to your inquiry. Contact details supplied through an optional updates request may be used for research-related follow-up, consistent with the consent you provide.

We aim to report survey findings in summary form rather than identify individual participants. Submitting the survey does not register you for a membership, reserve a space, or represent an investment commitment.

Website operation and technical information

The site runs on WordPress and uses survey forms to receive and store submissions. Hosting, site security and necessary website functionality may process technical information, such as browser or connection data, in the ordinary operation of the website.

Access and retention

Submitted survey and inquiry information is accessible to the website administrators responsible for conducting the research and responding to relevant inquiries. Information should be retained only for the purposes of the research, legitimate follow-up, security and applicable recordkeeping.

Your choices

Providing survey answers is voluntary. You may choose not to provide optional contact details, and you can leave the survey without submitting it. If you provided contact information and would like to ask about access, correction or deletion, use the contact option on the main page and clearly mark your request as a privacy inquiry.
